Our Beliefs
At First Presbyterian Church of Joplin, we are rooted in the Reformed tradition and guided by God’s grace. We believe in a loving, inclusive God who calls us to live lives of faith, compassion, and justice. Scripture is central to our faith, inspiring us to ask questions, deepen our understanding, and grow spiritually. We affirm that all people are made in God’s image and are called to share Christ’s love with the world through service, justice, and care for creation. The Bible

Book Of Confessions
Presbyterians believe in the need to confess our faith on a daily basis with our mouths and the way we live our lives. We have a confession of faith every Sunday as a part of our worship.
